Protein Powder Source 7

I got the pistachio sample pack at the Olympia expo and upon returning home tried it… Absolutely incredible taste and unique! Ordered 2 5 lbs tubs … drinking it like water daily so delicious

Rule 1 is the best

I have been using rule 1 whey isolate since 2016 or 2017. It has always been my go to because it's has so little ingredients. I recently got a sample pack and tried the pre workout and switched after that. Also the source 7 Gelato series particularly pistachio flavor is my go to for a great source to end the day with a little treat. I like the fact it has casin protein in it which is perfect for night time protein source. It mixes so nice and smooth with water. Overall love rule 1 and will continue to use and recommend

Too much "spice"

Seems like the recipe has changed, used to love the original taste of the pumpkin spice when it was offered in the whey blend or R1 protein, but now it has a strong overpowering flavor like cinnamon or something in this Source7 variety. I usually love all the flavors and looked forward to the seasonal pumpkin, but not so much now.

Great Flavor

Flavor is great! A bit high in calories but that’s expected with it being a gelato collaboration. Priced high for only 23 servings however I got it on sale.
