HOW TO USE IT

Before/After Workouts

Essential Amino 9 is best taken on training days around your workout. Because it contains no stimulants or added sugars, it may be used day or night without adverse affects on sleep quality. 

Mixing Directions 

Mix one (1) scoop of Essential Amino 9 with 8-12 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. 

Alternate Suggested Use 

On non-training days, enjoy it any time for additional recovery and hydration support.^

Worst tasting supplement ever

Purchased the Fruit Punch yesterday and it tastes nothing like it, or fruity at all. It smells and tastes like a foul cough syrup forced down your throat as a child. Usually I buy Xtend, definitely won’t make the mistake of buying this product again.
